The company is issuing 5 million units of ‘NIFRA Harit Urja Debenture 6%-2088/89’ worth Rs 5 billion from June 1.
The debenture will mature in 7 years and will yield 6 percent interest payable semi-annually.
Out of total offered units, the bank is issuing 3 million units of debenture worth Rs 3 billion to personal financers and 40 percent i.e. 2 million units of debenture worth Rs 2 billion to the general public.
Out of the general public quota, the bank has allocated 100,000 units to mutual funds. The remaining 1.9 million units will be issued to the public.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and maximum of 1 million units of debenture.
The bank has appointed NIMB Ace Capital as issue manager. the investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BBB rating to the issuer indicating moderate risks.
