Stock investor Dipendra Agrawal has been arrested based on a complaint filed by an accused over a phone.
He was taken into custody from Tokha, Kathmandu.
He has been accused of monetary fraud of Rs 220 million.
Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved right issue of two companies including Shiva Shree Hydropower and City Hotel on July 20.
