SEBON approved 100 percent right share of Shiva Shree Hydropower. The company obtained approval of issuing 1:1 right shares worth Rs 1.47 billion. The company has appointed Citizens Capital as issue manager.
Similarly, SEBON approved 80 percent right share of City Hotel. The company obtained approval of issuing 1:08 right shares worth Rs 1.33 billion. The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager.
